There are no refunds or transfer of registration fees once the
Online or On-Location course has begun.
NEW Cancellation Policy: Cancellations, in whole or in part, must be made in writing, and may be subject to cancellation fees. For a full refund, written cancellations must be received no later than 30 business days prior to the event. Within 29-11 business days, all approved refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations will not be accepted within 10 business days of the event and event fees will not be refunded after the event begins. IAEE reserves the right to modify this policy. Approved refunds will be processed after the event. |
